#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative, started with the primary aim of empowering women and underrepresented groups but are now more open and versatile to celebrate anyone’s achievements. Many of us struggle when it comes to talking about our personal accomplishments. Cultural and
gender modesty norms as well as impostor syndrome can prevent a person from acknowledging their remarkable attributes and expressing their greatest achievements.
This workshop, specifically designed for NCR Members, is delivered by Yan Yip who has extensive experience in corporate training & development, facilitation & coaching. She is passionate about helping individuals thrive rather than
survive through.
In this 90-minute workshop, you will:

• be encouraged to challenge the social perception around self-promotion;
• explore the importance of self-promotion in both your personal and professional lives;
• leave the workshop equipped with the tools to develop this crucial skill;
• challenge yourself to be comfortable with the uncomfortable.
